Click image for a larger view Sorry, no brochure is available for this product Features Description PackTrack(c) is a PC based software package intended for medium to large establishments wishing to track packages from the time they are received until the they are delivered to the appropriate mail stop. Built as a 32-bit application, PackTrack(c) will work on any Windows 95/98 or NT workstation. The simplicity of this software allows it to be implemented without hassle. Even so, the data is stored in a Strandware's BackTrack Database, which provides powerful reporting, data conversion tools, and a label designer for packages and locations. Easy to Use PackTrack(c) has an easy to use Graphical User Interface (GUI). This makes it easy for employees and users to quickly learn how to use it. Protable Bar Code Terminals are used to effortlessly collect the pickup and delivery of packages. Eliminate Errors PackTrack(c) Portable Terminals are used to record when a package is picked up by a material handler and when and where it is actually delivered. This will eliminate the need for employees trying to track down packages they delivered days ago and don't have any idea where they left it. Trying to handle this task with a paper and pen is just not effective. Reports may be generated at the click of a button so you can have full control of where your packages are at all times. Reports - User List - See the users in the system, their privileges - Current Transactions - See where a package is, either in transit or what mail stop it was delivered to. - Daily Exceptions report - At the end of each day be sure that each employee has recorded where every package that was picked up was delivered - Create custom reports with BackTrack Labels - User Labels to put on badges. - Location (Mail Stop) Labels. - Create custom labels with BackTrack.
