Click image for a larger view Sorry, no brochure is available for this product Features Description Product Overview How do you control conveyors and diverters with the data readable from bar coded labels on items coming down a conveyor line? How can you validate that there is a bar code on the label coming from a label printer, on a production line? Machine mounted bar code scanners are not enough. The simple data format coming from these scanners frequently needs to be compared to data from another scanner or from a preset character string. Expensive scanners that had the compare feature in them are difficult to use and inflexible to your means of running your production. That was your ONLY choice - until now. The InData Systems Intelligent Controller is very easy to configure and use day in and day out. It is based on an Industry standard DOS Stamp PC controller board that is programmable in Basic or C. It has flash memory which assures the consistent running of programs that it has been configured with but can be reloaded with enhancements and changes when you need to change it without having to go back to the factory or replacement of internal program chips. With the ability to support wireless interfaces, power a wide variety of bar code scanners and photo electric eyes directly from our unit and having relay contacts as outputs allows a wide variety of applications for this controller. The ease of changing the actions, data comparison and reprogramming through one of the serial ports makes this the dynamic controller for your production environment. Front mounted LED's can be removed/replaced to allow for special illumination or lighting conditions.
