Click image for a larger view Sorry, no brochure is available for this product Features Description Overview The BCH5584 combines many of the same features found on the Densei CCD scanners while incorporation the benefits of a USB Interface and WHQL approval from Microsoft. The scanner features the latest interface of USB, for a direct connection with a Windows98(r) installed PC. The BCH5584 has received WHQL approval from Microsoft. Features - USB Interface - The scanner features the latest interface of USB (Universal Serial Bus), for a direct connection with a Windows 98(r) installed PC. The BCH5584 has received WHQL (Windows Hardware Quality Labs) approval from Microsoft. - Software Transparent - If data is currently being keyed in manually, a conversion to bar code data entry can be made without any software changes. - High Move Tolerance - The scanner will read bar code data while in motion, relative to the bar code symbol. This allows the act of scanning to become secondary to the actual work being done. - Human Engineered - The compact, ergonomic design and lightweight of the scanner make it easy to hold and use, even for small hands. The angled shape allows for wrist neutral scanning, reducing the risk of repetitive motion injuries. - High Rate of Transfer - Interface characteristics of the BCH5584 allow it to transmit data at a rate of 1.5Mbps, 15 to 500 times faster than other bar code data transmission methods. - Reads All Standard Bar Codes -The scanner automatically reads and discriminates UPC/EAN, Codabar, Code 39, Code 93, Code 128, and Interleaved 2 of 5.
